  • ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO MY APP GOING LIVE IN THE RELEVANT APPSTORE?

  • To get the App live and ready for download, the process will take between 2-4 weeks.  This is dependent on how quickly you submit required images and associated material to Mobidaze, and the current backlog pending submission review at Apple and Google Play.

    Below are the steps for getting your app completed and ready for download:

    Step 1. Contact Mobidaze to discuss your requirements and place your order.

    Step 2. Provide us with the logo for your brand, and an image to use for the home page. Our team will work on several design options for you to choose from.  However, if you prefer to layout your design that's fine by us. Some of our customers use a combination of their logo and an image of a product/menu item or photos of the interior/exterior of their business. 

    Step 3. Once the design of your logo and home page is approved, we will submit it to the App stores. It will take about 5-8 business days to review and approve. Once approved by iTunes and Google Play the app is ready for download.

    Step 4. For your convenience, we will conduct a one hour training session on how to use the content management system which explains how to make changes to your app and send out push notifications. You will receive a username and password for 24/7 access to the App admin. This simple process gives you the ability to send push messages, make changes, add and delete items, events, menu items and more, at any time.

    Step 5. Once the whole process is complete, we will provide you with images of your App and logo icon to be used for marketing purposes.

    You are now ready to start marketing your app to your customers.  We will be happy to provide you with some marketing tips to get started.

  • IS THERE A FEE FOR MY CUSTOMERS TO DOWNLOAD THEIR APP?

  • No.  It is completely free for your customers to download your app.

  • HOW DO WE GET STARTED?

  • Contact one of our team.  Once your order is complete we will build your app and setup and register your App with iTunes and Google Play, and notify you when your App is ready for download.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO HAVE MY APP?

  • If you act promptly and supply Mobidaze with the relevant images and materials, we can have your app ready in around two weeks.  The time it takes for the iTunes store and Google Play to approve and accept your app can vary depending on their submissions backlog.  Therefore the overall process will be somewhere between 2-4 weeks.

  • WILL I KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE DOWNLOADED MY APP?

  • Yes. We can easily track the number of people who download your app. This number will always be available to you as part of the Mobidaze solution.  Just send us an email or give us a call and we will let you know.

  • DO I NEED TO SET UP MY MENU OR PRODUCT LISTING MYSELF?

  • No. As long as your data is supplied in MS Word or other extractable data formats, we will assist in setting up your menu or product listing as part of your setup fee. Images must be in png or jpg formats only.

  • IS PAYMENT REQUIRED BEFORE MY APP IS DEVELOPED? 

  • Yes.  A one-time app setup fee applies. The first monthly fee is also due in advance. The setup fee covers building your app, app store submission, and menu or product list setup. The monthly billing plan has no contract.
